Terms

Last updated: 17 August 2026

These terms cover your use of this website and its early-access waitlist and research form while Follope is in development. They'll be replaced with full terms of service once Follope launches as a working product.

Where Follope stands today

Follope is a concept currently in validation. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise that any specific feature exists yet, or that the product is available for use beyond joining the waitlist or sharing your experience with us.

Follope is not an accounting, GST, or inventory management product, is not a payment gateway, wallet, or banking application, and does not hold or settle funds on behalf of freelancers or their clients.

Joining the waitlist

Submitting the early-access form is an expression of interest, not a purchase, subscription, or binding commitment on either side. We may reach out about early access, but joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee a specific launch date or that you'll be selected for any particular testing round.

Freelancer research

If you take part in our research — through the linked form or directly with our team — you're sharing your experiences to help us understand real freelancer payment problems. We won't misrepresent what you share, but participating doesn't create any commercial relationship or entitle you to compensation unless we've separately agreed to that with you.

Acceptable use

Please don't use this site to submit false information, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape it for purposes unrelated to evaluating Follope as a prospective user.

No warranty

This website and its content are provided as-is, while the underlying product is still being defined. We make no guarantee that the concept described here will be built exactly as shown, or on any particular timeline.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops — most significantly once Follope moves from a waitlist to an actual payment-collection service. We'll update the “Last updated” date above whenever that happens.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India. This section, like the rest of this page, will be reviewed and finalized with proper legal counsel before Follope launches publicly.
