Follope is an invoice management and payment tracking software tool created for Indian freelancers, creators, and independent professionals.

The Follope mobile application is currently available in Android beta testing. Users can sign up, create invoices, attach personal UPI details, and manage client follow-ups directly on their mobile devices.

Follope is not a bank, banking institution, or financial custodian. Invoices generated through Follope facilitate direct peer-to-peer UPI payments from your clients to your personal bank account. Follope does not hold, escrow, or settle client funds.

Follope offers both free and paid digital subscription tiers to support independent creators at every stage:

• Free Plan: ₹0 — Includes up to 3 free invoices, standard PDF generation, and client payment tracking.

• Pro Monthly: ₹299 / month — Unlocks unlimited invoices, automated client reminder schedules, custom branding, and priority client history.

• Pro Annual: ₹2,499 / year — All Pro features with annual savings and dedicated support.

All subscription fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Paid subscriptions are purchased and activated directly inside the Follope mobile application.

All payments for Follope Pro subscriptions are processed securely through our authorized payment partner, Razorpay.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Razorpay to process your payment via supported payment instruments, including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, CRED), RuPay/Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and NetBanking.

Follope does not store or process payment card numbers, UPI PINs, or sensitive banking credentials. All payment processing adheres to PCI-DSS standards and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations.

You may cancel your paid Pro subscription at any time within the Follope mobile application. Your Pro benefits will continue until the expiration of your current active billing period.

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. Annual subscriptions are eligible for a 7-day money-back satisfaction guarantee by contacting follope.official@gmail.com.

To access the Follope application, you must create an account using a valid email address or authenticated Google sign-in.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of invoice amounts, client contact numbers, and UPI IDs entered into invoices created on your account.

You agree not to use Follope for fraudulent activities, illegal transactions, or unauthorized harassment of clients.

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and reliable reminder notifications, Follope is not liable for delayed client payments, client disputes, or third-party bank network downtime.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
